Host your event at Stokes Valley Football Club

Welcome to Stokes Valley Football Club, one of the few clubs that still proudly operates its own venue space!

Our clubrooms are available for hire from 1st April to 30th September, making them perfect for meetings, seminars, celebrations, and community gatherings. With space to comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests, our venue is designed to bring people together.

🏟️ Versatile Venue: Our spacious clubrooms can host up to 200 guests, making it ideal for all kinds of events, from corporate functions to milestone celebrations.

👨‍🍳 Commercial Kitchen: Whether you're preparing, heating, or serving food, our fully equipped commercial kitchen is available to support your event. (Please note: private events must provide their own catering.)

🍻 Fully Operated Bar: Our licensed bar is available for events requiring beverage service, with a variety of drink options. Need something specific? We can arrange special orders—just allow at least seven business days for procurement.

Costs and Pricing:

Venue hire is charged at a flat fee agreed upon before the booking is confirmed. Our standard pricing plan is as follows:

• Full building use, no kitchen, no bar – $100
• Full building use, with kitchen, no bar – $200
• Full building use, with kitchen and bar – $350

Important Information for Bar Service:

If your event includes bar service, we must apply for a Special License with the council. This requires:

⏳ 21 working days’ notice to secure the license

🍲 Hot food must be available whenever alcohol is served

📋 Hot Food Requirement: To meet council regulations for bar service, we ask that you provide a detailed list of the hot food options you will be serving. Instead of general descriptions like “assortment of savories,” please specify items such as lasagna, butter chicken, roasted vegetables, meat pies, pizza, hot chips, etc.
This ensures a smooth approval process and helps avoid any licensing issues that could affect your event
